SDM CLEAN W is a blend of strong surfactants and water-wetting agents for removing water-based mud residues and solid deposits during mud-to-brine displacement operations.

Applications
SDM CLEAN W is a cleanup chemical that will easily disperse/wash water-based mud (WBM) residues and solids from the casing and drill pipe surfaces, ensuring they are left water wet. It is typically used as a spacer during well displacements from WBM to completion fluid. It can also be used to clean surface equipment and tanks or as rig wash.
Dilution of the product depends upon the degree of cleaning required. For displacement applications, use at 2 – 10% dilution in freshwater, seawater, or brine. For the removal of heavy hydrocarbon contamination, use higher doses. Use at 1 – 2% dilution for surface equipment cleaning or rig wash.
