SDM DESMUL NI is a concentrated blend containing surfactants and solvents to prevent the formation of an emulsion of crude oil and acid.

Applications
SDM DESMUL NI works as an effective surfactant to prevent and destabilize the emulsion formation during acidizing jobs.
SDM DESMUL NI is compatible with most additives used in acidizing fluids.
SDM DESMUL NI works effectively in 15% and 28% hydrochloric acid.
The required dose will depend on the strength of the acid and the nature of the crude oil. It is therefore recommended to pilot test using the specific crude oil to determine the exact concentration. The typical dose will vary from 2-10 gallons per 1,000 gallons of acid.
