Applications
SDM HIB is used as an acid corrosion inhibitor to effectively protect the metal from corrosion in HCl, and HCl/HF system up to 350 °F (177 °C) is used for acidizing treatments. The product is best suitable for HCl systems up to 28 % w/w. The product is compatible with other additives commonly used in acidizing.
